What You Will Do:
Trade Settlement & Operations: Handle daily trade settlements, contract settlements, deliveries, and pay-in/pay-out processes.
Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform meticulous daily reconciliation of trades, funds, commodities, and exchange reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate actively with Dealers, Risk Management Systems (RMS), Accounts, and other back-office teams to streamline operations. Promptly resolve client and internal settlement-related queries.
Compliance & Audit: Monitor exchange circulars closely and ensure strict compliance with MCX regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and accurate records for internal, external, and regulatory audit purposes.
Period-End Support: Assist with critical month-end and year-end operational and accounting activities.

What You Should Have:
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in financial services,



stockbroking, or commodity back-office operations.
Domain Knowledge: Robust familiarity with MCX (Multi Commodity Exchange) rules, settlement mechanisms, and exchange circulars.
Attributes: High attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight exchange deadlines.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective inter-departmental and client coordination.
