Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and maintain candidate records.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process for recent employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
Support induction and orientation programs for current hires.
