Roles and Responsibility
Manage VIP guest relationships and ensure their needs are met.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for menu customization and fine dining service.
Maintain high standards of ambience upkeep and concierge assistance.
Provide exceptional beverage service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid knowledge of fine dining and beverage service.
Experience in concierge assistance and ambience upkeep.
Ability to coordinate with various teams to achieve common goals.
