Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome guests
Handling complete Guest Relationship Management
Handling housekeeping staff, driver's duty, and staff vehicle trips
Manage and monitor the inventory of office supplies and tools, ordering recent supplies when necessary
Handling Office operation and administration
Handling couriers and packaging
Answer boarding phone calls and emails.
Transferring calls
Managing data and registers
