Proficient in coordinating recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, scheduling, and tracking across multiple hiring stages. Capable of supporting campus branding activities and engagement programs to strengthen employer presence among target institutes. Skilled in managing recruitment databases, reports, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Exposure to talent acquisition workflows and HR operations within a fast-paced, structured hiring workplace.
