Role & responsibilities
Client Servicing & Experience- Facilitate onboarding of HNI/UHNI clients and transaction processing.
Coordinate with Branches and Relationship Managers(RMs) for seamless client experience.
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration- Assist in organizing training programs conducted by the Retail Banking & Wealth(RBDW) Team.
Support stakeholder engagement activities.
Daily Reporting & MIS
Collect and consolidate daily sales reports from IRM, Branches, field sales teams, zones and regions.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Lead Tracker Maintenance- Maintain lead tracker, monitor closure status and share summarized updates with bank officials and IRM.
Investment Service- Data Entry Operations-
Process ISA Forms for account opening and modification requests.
Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to SOP's.
