Job Requirements:
Minimum 24 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition within website development, digital marketing company.
Solid understanding of website development services, including WordPress, Shopify, eCommerce websites, custom website development, SEO, social media marketing, mobile apps, and software solutions.
Experience generating leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing, cold calling, social media platforms and other online channels.
Ability to identify target industries, research decision-makers, and build a strong prospect database.
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Experience in handling client meetings, understanding business requirements, preparing quotations/proposals.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, reporting, and sales pipeline management.




Ability to achieve monthly lead generation.
Self-motivated, confident.

Preferred Skills:
Experience selling services to clients in Australia, Canada, or other international markets.
Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO services will be an added advantage.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-generation tools.
Strong written English for email outreach and proposal communication

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of qualified leads generated each month.
Number of client meetings or discovery calls booked.
Number of proposals and quotations submitted.
Conversion rate from lead to client.
Monthly revenue generated from recent clients.
Follow-up and CRM update accuracy
