We are looking for a skilled Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience in Core Infra & Services Development. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of DWDM, OTN, Ethernet, MPLS-TP, and IP technology, along with relevant technical support experience.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and solutions to customers via phone or meeting.
Handle sales, solutions, and internal customer calls professionally.
Develop and implement infrastructure projects using various technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Offer technical guidance and training to junior engineers.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and concerns.

Job Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in Core Infra & Services Development.
Robust knowledge of DWDM, OTN, Ethernet, MPLS-TP, and IP technology.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer calls and meetings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
