Role & responsibilities
Lead and support the HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
This includes end-to-end management of blue-collar hiring, handling employee grievances, contract labour administration, payroll processing and time & attendance systems.
Independently manage hiring for blue-collared workforce and skilled/unskilled labour.
Resolve employee grievances with a focus on maintaining industrial harmony.
Oversee contract labour compliance and vendor coordination.
Monitor and manage time office operations and biometric attendance systems.
Preferred candidate profile
Deep understanding of labour laws and contract labour regulations.
Robust interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Proactive in managing blue-collar workforce challenges.
Hands-on experience with payroll and T&A; systems.
