We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientated marketing executive to promote the hospital's healthcare services, strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and corporate clients, and increase patient referrals. Candidates residing in or around Current Town, Rajarhat, Salt Lake, Baguiati, Keshtopur, Lake Town, or nearby areas will be given preference.

Role & responsibilities
Promote the hospital's specialities, consultants, health check-up packages, and clinical services.
Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, and corporate organisations.
Generate patient referrals and support business development initiatives.
Conduct field visits and regular follow-ups with healthcare partners.
Organise health camps, awareness programs, CMEs, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Identify recent business prospects and develop local marketing strategies.




Maintain records of daily visits, referrals, and marketing activities, and submit regular reports.
Achieve monthly marketing targets and contribute to the hospital's growth.
Represent the hospital professionally at community and healthcare events.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline. An MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be preferred.
25 years of marketing/business development experience, preferably in hospitals, healthcare, diagnostics, or the pharmaceutical sector.
Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in healthcare marketing may also apply.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the Kolkata healthcare ecosystem will be an added advantage.
Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (preferred).
