Role Summary

We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive with solid knowledge of financial management, statutory compliance, and GST regulations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting the organization in financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with GST laws, filings, and reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and on time.
Handle financial reporting, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation for statutory and regulatory requirements.
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.




Liaise with government authorities and consultants for compliance matters.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, Excel).
Attention to detail and robust analytical skills.
Ability to manage deadlines for statutory filings.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications
CA / CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and GST compliance.

Preferred Experience
Experience handling GST audits and tax assessments.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and regulatory reporting.
