Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.




Manage employee attendance and regularization on the HRMS platform, ensuring accurate and timely records.
Assist with learning & development, and HR projects.
Address employee queries and provide HR support as required.

Skills Required:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
