Field Operations Executive
Role Overview
The Field Operations Executive will be responsible for managing on-ground operational execution of Instant Discharge cases at partner hospitals.
The role focuses on documentation, process adherence, turnaround time adherence, and coordination with hospital and central operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Pitch, perform eligibility checks and drive conversion for the Instant Discharge product.
Manage assigned instant discharge cases from initiation to closure, ensuring end-to-end operational completion.
Collect, verify, and upload all required documents from the hospital and complete process steps to facilitate instant discharge
Pre-discharge documents (Pre-auth, Bill Estimate )
Discharge documents (Final bill, discharge summary)
Post discharge documents ( Final insurance approval letter )

Ensure timely and accurate document uploads on the portal as per defined TAT and process.




Coordinate with cross functional teams including hospital insurance desks, billing teams, TPAs, and central operations teams.
Track pending cases and proactively resolve documentation or process gaps.
Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience
1 - 3 years of experience working with TPAs, insurance companies, or hospital billing / insurance desks is mandatory.
Robust understanding of cashless insurance, TPA processes, and hospital billing workflows.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours

This is a field-based role. The Operations Executive will operate from the designated hospital.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
