Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the collection process to ensure timely payments from customers.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Requirements




Proven experience in lending collections or a related field.
Solid knowledge of collection principles, practices, and regulations.
