YOUR ROLE

In this role you will get a chance to develop the specific knowledge in one subprocess area and will participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. You will perform tasks in line with the written procedures under close supervision

In this role you will play a key role in:
Manage customer queries and dispute reslosution
Prepares payment batches and post to correct companies
Applies payment and code correctly to ensure line item payment reconciliation
Copies and codes large volumes of deductions




Extracts bank account statements on a daily basis for cash application purposes

YOUR PROFILE
Preferred CPG industry, good in communication and e-mail writing skills
Perform reportimg automatiom initiatives.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn the process specifics within selected process area
Analyse day to day issues of a practical nature and resolves them
