Role & responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. • Analyze business processes and identify prospects for improvement and automation. • Gather, interpret, and analyze data to support business decision-making. • Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, and solution proposals. • Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of current systems and enhancements. • Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders. Application Integration & Technology Solutions • Support the design and implementation of application and system integration solutions. • Assist in developing and maintaining APIs and interfaces between enterprise applications. • Work closely with IT teams and business users to understand integration requirements. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues.



• Support data migration and application enhancement projects. • Maintain process and technical documentation related to integrations. • Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and governance standards. • Provide user support and assist in user training whenever required.
