Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Export Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates, and other regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Shipment Coordination: Coordinate and monitor air and sea shipments to international markets, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other destinations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
Freight & Logistics Management: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transport partners for shipment bookings, customs clearance, and effective logistics operations.
Supply Chain Operations: Support end-to-end supply chain activities, track shipment status, resolve logistics issues, maintain records, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:
5 years of experience in Export Logistics, International Shipping, or Supply Chain Operations.
Experience in coordinating air and sea freight shipments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
