Position: Junior Partnership Executive

Role Overview:

The role supports the domestic recruitment outreach team in building and managing partnerships with Indian employers, training institutes, NGOs, and placement partners. Focus areas include coordination, communication, reporting, and supporting hiring operations across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and oversee partnerships with universities, colleges, and corporate customers.
Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of franchise partners.
Take charge of campus recruitment initiatives across various educational institutions.
Attain sales objectives through strategic partnerships and effective relationship management.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to pinpoint prospects for growth.

Requirements




Proven experience in partnership management or business development.
