We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition & Campus Hiring Intern to support our recruitment team. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes, with focus on campus recruitment initiatives. You will gain exposure to sourcing, screening, employer branding, and candidate engagement while working closely with HR specialists.

Role & responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and campus networks.
Support screening and shortlisting resumes based on role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Help organize campus hiring drives, including pre-placement talks, assessments, and interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Contribute to employer branding activities such as social media campaigns and campus engagement events.

Preferred candidate profile
Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards) is a plus.
Enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in talent acquisition and campus hiring.
