Role & responsibilities
Must have 8+ yrs experience in Oracle PLSQL Development role.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, tables, collections and views.
Architect and optimize Oracle database solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Review and approve database design, data models, and SQL/PLSQL code.
Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning using execution plans, indexing strategies, and Oracle tools.
Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
Collaborate with application teams (Java/.NET/etc.) for database integration.
Manage data migration, archival, and transformation activities.
Handle production issues, root cause analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.
Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance standards are met.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical decision-making.
