Technical Requirements
10 12 years of experience in custom platform environments such as Java, DotNet, Mendix, or Power Apps
At least 5 years of team management experience
Exposure to sprint handling in Scrum
Hands-on experience with JDK, JBPM, Java Spring Framework, Hibernate concepts, Angular JS, and Oracle
Experience with SVN, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including DotNet, SharePoint, and SAP will be an advantage
Experience in solution deployment through version control practices, project implementation, and production support
Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA-based support settings
