Role & responsibilities
To take Incoming calls to Customers.
To resolve the customers complaint & issues.
To inform them about current products and services.
To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
To generate more positive communication & call quality with customer satisfaction.
To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
To maintain login hours and punctuality.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge,
Minimum 12th Pass
Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language
Should be Interactive
Must have decent typing speed (at least 15 WPM)
