Role & responsibilities

• Testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems if required .

• Working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers and other internal staff.

• Review all calibration and PM activity

• Review shift schedule of all instrument department employees

• Make CAPA and RCA report.

• PLC Panel Troubleshooting, loop checking

• Prepare Shift schedule for technician

• Review on all troubleshooting of all equipment in plant

• Prep calibration and PM schedule

• Check all calibration and PM report

• Check daily progress report book

• Checking of all material receive in store

• Check all current field instrument installation





• Check all recent field instrument installation as per hook up Drawing

• Defines engineering requirements.

• Prepares the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs

The technical evaluations.

• Preparation of Project Documentation like P& ID. JB Schedule , Data Sheet of Instrument , Interlocks

Sheet.

• Optimizes instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the

Required performance.

• Preparation of Specifications for instruments, installation & Commissioning.
