Strong interpersonal relationship skills and with effective English/Hindi speaking and writing skills for delivering engagements successfully
Robust logical and mathematical ability, with a very strong analytical bent of mind and an aptitude of critical thinking and problem-solving for identifying risks; and for advising on practical and cutting-edge solutions
Excellent research capability to stay abreast of latest developments,
Time management skills
High in integrity and ethical judgement ensuring all work is conducted
Key Job Responsibilities
Execute Project activities as per approved drawings, method and schedule,
Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC,
Supervise site work, manpower, and subcontractors
Ensure availability of material, tools and equipment at site
Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports,
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards,
Identify site issues and implement corrective actions,
Support testing, commissioning and project handovers,
Prepare and maintain reports, MOMs and dashboards
