Generated daily production & monthly performance report.
Maintained & inspected store spare parts and incoming store material.
Improved manpower utilization & productivity through proper allocation .
Identified potential risks and developed appropriate risk response and maintained proper safety norms in the plant area.
Authorized as a member of Safety Committee.

Develop Process Of Different Grades Through Aod Furnace
Having handful experience of LADLE REFINING FURNACE of alloy segment up to
Making of secondary steel at E.A.F. of 35 MT. capacity, L.R.F. & V.D. of 35 MT. capacities.
Having handful experience of LADLE & its REFRACTORY.
Having handful experience of VACCUM DEGASSING
Experience of Alloy Grades like SEMI FREE CUTTING,



BALL BEARING & TITANIUM, LOW CARBON, MEDIUM CARBON , Ni & MO heats etc.
Having handful experience of SMS PROCESS .
Handling of furnace crew and control cost of raw material used in heat processing.
Control process of heat according to ISO/TS standards.
Preventive actions taken for control of breakdown of machine
Co-ordination with mechanical & electrical person for smooth running of shop to optimize the production.
Decide the pass schedule of different grade of steel & their relative activities.
Analyze the performance and delay report for the better utilization .
Keen understanding of the implementation and documentation formalities for ISO 9001.
