About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Foundation Pumps Shopify website. Working as part of a trained and supportive team, you will ensure our online catalogue is accurate, visually appealing, and optimised for customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Foundation Pumps Shopify website.
Upload new products, collections, and categories.
Create high-quality product listings with specifications, descriptions, pricing, images, and technical documents.
Update existing products and website content.
Organise products using collections, tags, filters, and navigation.
Optimise product pages with SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, and keywords.
Resize and optimise product images for web use.
Upload brochures, manuals, and datasheets.
Monitor website quality and identify missing or incorrect information.
Work closely with the Australian team to gather product information and implement website updates.
Assist with promotional banners, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns.
Support continuous improvements to website performance and user experience.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on Shopify experience (essential).




Robust understanding of Shopify Admin.
Experience uploading and managing large product catalogues.
Knowledge of collections, tags, variants, metafields, and navigation.
Good understanding of Shopify apps.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written English.
Solid attention to detail.
Basic image editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Ability to work in a structured team workplace and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Shopify SEO best practices.
Experience with bulk product imports using CSV files.
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Experience working with industrial, engineering, or technical products is desirable but not essential.
