The Event Officer will support marketing initiatives, organize events and exhibitions, and provide business support to the sales team for the Food and Cosmetics divisions. The role will focus on strengthening brand presence, coordinating promotional activities, and assisting in business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for food ingredients and cosmetic raw materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing materials, presentations, and product information.
Support digital marketing initiatives including website updates, LinkedIn posts, and promotional content.
Prepare product brochures, technical documents, and marketing collaterals in coordination with technical teams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business prospects.
Event & Exhibition Management
Plan and coordinate industry exhibitions, seminars, promotional events.
Tie up with vendors, exhibition organizers,



and marketing agencies.
Manage event logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and customer engagement activities.
Assist the sales team during trade shows, product launches, and technical seminars.
Business & Sales Support
Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team.
Assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, and marketing reports.
Maintain and update customer databases and marketing records.
Coordinate between sales, R&D; teams to support business development activities.
Support lead generation and follow-ups after marketing events or campaigns.

Key Skills Required
Robust communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of marketing and event management
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of digital marketing or social media will be an advantage
