Roles and Responsibilities
Understand client hiring needs and job descriptions.
Source candidates from job portals, social media, and databases.
Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist profiles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers (Excel/CRM).




Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining.
Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles and maintain skilled communication.

Candidate Requirements
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.).
