Job Description:
Plan the activities for each department based on project timeline and ensure execution
Understand the design and suggest changes as per site conditions for smooth execution
Plan and implement manpower requirement for the project in coordination with HR and Management
Proper delegation of work among team members till the junior level
Co-ordinate with Ho for high availability of project related material
Monitor the material received an ensure the material meet the quality criteria
Meet the project execution timelines month on month basis
Co-ordinate with quality team for technical error free project execution
Ensure all safety parameters are taken care in coordination with Safety officer




Continuous coordination with client to understand and meet his expectations as per project guidelines
Effective use of ERP and other Project Management tools
Share weekly and monthly reports on project activity undertaken as per formats provided to reporting manager
