Role :- Industrial Sales Manager
Enterprise Customers & Biomass Processors form the backbone of
demand and supply on BiofuelCircle platform.
This position will be responsible for Current Customer Acquisition and
Revenue from Large and Small Customers who consume Biomass for
their production processes and guide the Supply side team to acquire
and increase SOW from Biomass Processors who consume biomass to
convert into densified products.
Key Purpose of the Role
The position will be responsible for implementing company Go-To-
Market strategy for its platform business in the region.
Will implement the sales Go-To-Market strategy for the region for
a. Current Customer Acquisition of Biomass Consumers and Biomass
Processors
b. Increasing SOW from existing customers
c. Platform Sales as Operating Mechanism for Biomass Processors
d.
Increasing participation of users on the Platform to make it a vibrant
marketplace
e. Increase offtake of the Value-Added Services from the marketplace
participants
Lead a team of Sales resources in the region to achieve the above
objectives
Manage the relationships with small and larger customers and build
trust with the management cadre of these customers
Optimize the Sales Processes using CRM tools to ensure maximum
productivity per sales team member.
Provide a seamless connect with Customer Success and Marketing
Functions of the organization to achieve the yearly revenue targets
Provide direction to the regional teams on industry and markets
Manage and grow the companys market share in the region
To lead Go-To-Market strategy of one of Indias leading recent
businesses.
