Job Purpose
Strategy development and implementation of Business campaign across traditional and digital media.
Sustained media outreach and regular engagement for NCDEX with trade bodies and industry associations.
Build employee advocacy and position NCDEX brand as an aspirational workplace
Key Result Areas-
Business Campaigns: Social Media Management, content-production across all content format and responsible for consistent growth in engagement metrics on all the comms platform that NCDEX is present.
Relationship Management: At least 2 program per month in collaboration with all the trade bodies and associations assigned; Macro and Micro influencer engagement over webex or call (1 recent engagement per 2 months
Corporate Communication: Media relationship and rapport building with focus on South and West media hub; At least 2 activities per quarter in collaboration with media houses; Responsible for internal communication design and content
Position NCDEX as an aspirational place to work:
Initiate conversation in media around employee engagement practices Ensure 80% of the people stories and HR coverage in a year is in Tier 1 media 1 per month
Project Synergy:
Conduct influencer and media meet once every quarter for NCDEX and Group companies leadership team
Continued efforts to keep the channel of communications with group companies for any marketing, corporate communication update and organisation development
Daily updates to be shared with Team Synergy
Cross promotion of marketing campaigns and social media posts by NCDEX and Group companies
