Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with multiple recruitment agencies and search firms.
Drive vendor empanelment, onboarding, and contract coordination.
Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, quality of hire, and turnaround time.
Allocate hiring mandates across recruitment partners.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs.
Negotiate commercial terms with recruitment vendors.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and vendor performance reports.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.
Preferred Experience
815 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Hands-on experience managing multiple recruitment agencies.
Experience with vendor empanelment and vendor governance.
Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Experience hiring across multiple functions and locations.
