Collaboration Development & Outreach
Identify and develop potential partnerships within schools and K-12 educational institutions to strengthen mental health initiatives.
Engage proactively with schools, educational boards, and K-12 institutions through workshops, webi-nars, and training programs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with school stakeholders (management, principals, teach-ers) to ensure sustained engagement and repeat collaborations.
Collaborate with educational institutions on cross-vertical initiatives such as counselling cells, school-based programs, training modules, and student well-being interventions.

Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate current leads within the schools and K-12 segment and maintain a structured prospect data-base.
Conduct regular follow-ups and document all interactions systematically.
Achieve defined targets through meetings, relationship building, and conversion of leads into active collaborations with educational institutions.
Support PR & Marketing Initiatives for awareness and lead generation




Participate in conferences related to relevant stakeholders to build the lead pipeline

Documentation & Reporting
Track and document end-to-end progress of each lead within the education segment.
Monitor discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports highlighting targets achieved, project updates, and collabora-tion insights.

Financial & Operational Management
Support financial tracking of budgets and revenue linked to school and K-12 outreach initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to design and implement customized mental health solutions for educational institutions.
Ensure smooth logistical and operational execution of workshops, webinars, and training sessions for schools through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Support with client servicing and operations, whenever required
