Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of additional design tools is advantageous.
Robust understanding of building codes, bylaws, and statutory approval processes.




Experience in tendering, BOQ preparation, and contractor coordination.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Robust project management and documentation abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Prior exposure to authority liaisoning and licensing processes is preferred.
Experience in infrastructure, real estate, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
