Live assembly, reheating and regeneration of the food items.
Make hand tossed pizza.
Will act as line staff for food preparation as per SOP.
Will manage stock par level for ensuring availability of all food items.
Ensuring High standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety.
Daily Record maintenance.
Maintaining self and area hygiene.
Responsible for managing the kitchen/ food preparation area during the shift.
Stock inward/outward verification.

Requirements:
Willing to work in BOH and ready to learn Beverage preparation as well.
Keen to progress in career by learning and performing in all areas of Cafe Operations.
6 months to one year of experience in hand tossed pizza preparation preferred.
Hotel management diploma or degree/ craft course preferred.
Knowledge of baking and European cuisine will be an advantage.
Sound knowledge of Food health and safety regulations.
