Role & responsibilities
Handle diamond jewellery sales and deliver a premium customer experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond products.
Explain the 4Cs, certification, pricing, quality and product features clearly.
Achieve individual and counter-level sales, conversion and upselling targets.
Maintain counter display, stock accuracy, product safety and customer follow-up.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 35 years of strong diamond jewellery retail sales experience.
Valuable knowledge of the 4Cs, diamond certification, quality and pricing.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle premium customers.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer-convincing skills.
Well-groomed, trustworthy and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
