Position: Group CFO Manufacturing

Location: Mumbai

Our client is a professionally managed, high-growth, multi-company manufacturing group with operations in India and overseas.

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner with the MD and Board in driving business growth, profitability, governance, and financial performance across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive financial strategy, business planning, budgeting and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Lead treasury, banking relationships, debt funding, working capital and capital allocation.
• Manage taxation, compliance, legal, risk management and corporate governance.
• Partner with business leaders to drive growth, expansion and operational efficiency.
• Lead financial transformation, ERP enhancement and digitalization initiatives.
• Oversee CapEx evaluation, investment decisions and business performance management.
• Support M&A;, fundraising, strategic partnerships and international business initiatives.




• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the Board and leadership team.

Candidate Profile:
Qualified CA (CPA / MBA Finance desirable).
• 23–30 years of experience in manufacturing organizations.
• Minimum 5 years as CFO / Group CFO / Finance Director leading multiple businesses or P&Ls.;
• Experience in industrial, engineering, chemicals, capital goods, industrial products or similar B2B manufacturing sectors.
• Exposure to business scale of 2,000–8,000 Crores.
• Solid expertise in treasury, funding, taxation, compliance, budgeting, CapEx and profitability management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/HANA or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience in professionally managed and promoter-driven organizations preferred.
• International business exposure, fundraising and M&A; experience will be an advantage.
