Conduct Lightning Risk Assessments (LRA) and prepare ESE Lightning Protection
system designs using AutoCAD, aligned with relevant international and Indian
standards.
Prepare BOQs, technical documentation, and tender specifications supporting
consultant submissions and bid processes.
Build and maintain a comprehensive project funnel, monitoring prospects across
design, tender, and execution stages.
Develop and expand relationships with consultants, contractors, and key influencers in
the Western region (primarily Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, Goa).
Support the Sales Team with technical expertise during tender and pre-bid discussions.
Conduct technical training programs, product presentations, and consultant meets to
strengthen awareness of product
Track and analyse market intelligence on competitor products, specifications, and
pricing strategies.
Deliver on sales, specification conversion, and funnel growth targets on a monthly and
quarterly basis.
