We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Projects & Contracts Lead / Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Fusion and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Lead and manage Oracle Fusion projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Design and implement Oracle Fusion architectures, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project success, developing contingency plans as needed.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation,



with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced workplace, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
