Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales
Acquire new customers for banking products (Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits, Loans, etc.)
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Promote CASA growth
Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products

Lead Generation
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
Build strong local networks with retailers, SMEs, and individuals

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers
Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Documentation & Compliance
Handle KYC documentation
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policies





Market Intelligence
Track competitor activity
Share market insights with management

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (any discipline)
Age: Up to 31 years
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to work in field sales
Basic knowledge of banking products preferred
Valuable understanding of local market
