Commercial Operations
Ensure commercial readiness for product launches by coordinating artwork approvals, packaging materials, batch manufacturing related documentation.
Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure production planning and inventory availability for launch.
Coordinate with logistics and export partners to ensure timely dispatch of products to international customers.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned.

Recent Product Launch Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all recent product launch activities.
Lead end-to-end current product launch activities from project initiation through commercial dispatch for multiple international markets.
Develop and manage detailed launch plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.




Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time product launches.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to senior management within organization and International Clients.
Collaborate with regional commercial teams and distributors to align launch timelines and customer commitments.
Ensure effective communication among stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
