Job Title: Tool Maintenance Engineer

Department: Tool Room

Location: kharawadi , chakan

Reports To: Tool room Head.

Job Summary

Responsible for maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of tools, molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and related equipment to ensure smooth production operations and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of tools, molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Diagnose and resolve tooling issues to reduce machine downtime.
Inspect tools for wear and damage and recommend repairs or replacements.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure tooling performance.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and tool history.
Monitor tool life and implement improvement plans to enhance productivity.
Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance consumables.
Support current tool trials, modifications, and installations.
Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for tooling failures.
