ELV-BMS Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Execute ELV and BMS projects end-to-end from site survey to commissioning and client handover.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA/VA, and BMS systems.
Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables proactively mitigating risks and delays.
Conduct site inspections and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot technical challenges during installation and commissioning phases.
Ensure strict adherence to project specs, industry standards (IS, NEC, NFPA), and client expectations.
Support project planning, resource mobilization, and regular progress reporting.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics Communication, Instrumentation, Automation, or related Engineering discipline.




2 5 years of hands-on experience in ELV/BMS project execution including site supervision and commissioning.
Robust working knowledge of ELV systems and BMS platforms (e.g., Niagara, Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens Desigo).
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for BOQs and scheduling).
Proven track record in BOQ preparation, site execution, QA/QC, and client coordination.
Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ELV systems.
Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, etc.) especially for BMS integration.
Robust communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
