We are looking for an experienced Payroll qualified to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations and internal financial controls. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, payroll vendors, and finance to support payroll accounting, reporting, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including regular and off-cycle payroll cycles.
Review and validate payroll data such as employee lifecycle changes, compensation updates, advantages, equity transactions (RSU/ESP), and deductions.
Ensure accurate payroll funding, salary disbursements, and payroll tax compliance.
Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers while working with systems such as ADP, Workday, and Oracle.
Support payroll accounting activities including journal entries,



reconciliations, accruals, GL mapping, and variance analysis.
Maintain payroll documentation and ensure readiness for audits and compliance reviews.

Required Qualifications:
CA Intermediate, B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
5+ years of payroll experience in a multinational organization.
Solid understanding of payroll operations, payroll accounting, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with ERP/payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SOX controls and audit compliance.
Experience with global or multi-state payroll environments.
Familiarity with payroll tax filings and statutory compliance.
