Key Responsibilities:
Manage pantry operations and ensure high service standards.
Supervise common area maintenance and housekeeping operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and hospitality standards.
Knowledge of table setting, beverage preparation, tray service and lunch service.
Maintain proper serving etiquette and customer interaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff for smooth daily operations.
