This role involves assisting customers in selecting apparel, driving store sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and mentoring junior sales associates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
Understand customer preferences and guide them in selecting traditional wear, ethnic apparel, and accessories.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maximizing customer satisfaction.




Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Promote ongoing offers, recent collections, and loyalty programs.
Ensure attractive visual merchandising and maintain high store presentation standards.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
Handle billing support, exchanges, and customer queries in line with store policies.
Mentor and support junior sales associates to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Coordinate with the Store Manager to execute promotional activities and achieve business objectives.
Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, designs, and seasonal collections.
