Role & responsibilities

1) To do regular fieldwork.

2) Hand to Hand coupon distribution.

3) Canopy activity in public places.

4) Table to table coupons distribution in major corporate, Banks, Government offices.

5) Find out the place and potential of patients or business by the current scenario.

6) Achieve sales target on daily basis.

7) Maintain data of visited areas and the name and mobile numbers and submit working reports end of the day.

8) Take proper follow up visiting area.

9) Do marketing campaign in peripheral areas

10) Do Distribution of optical offer coupons, promotion pamphlets, leaflets.

11) Keep thorough Territory, Customer, Marketing and Competitor knowledge.

12) Do the routine call to the patients from camps, coupons or any other discounted pamphlets given by marketing executive.

13) Prepare Monthly Work Plan, Post daily morning work plan and daily reporting.

Keep tracks of the patients coming through various marketing activities.

15) Executive should have a proper technical knowledge about hospital services.

16) In a month cover at least one area within 80km for coupon promotional activity

PATERN OF SYSTEMIC COPONS DISTRIBUTION:

17) Morning park activity with canopy where executive need to provide proper counseling and distribution of TPA leaflets

18) Executive must do coupons distribution on Friday at near mosque, Thursday near Sai baba temple, also in Gurudwaras,

19) Executive must distribute Family health card in TPA office, banks and other corporate.

NOTE: all marketing staff must follow dont distribute general coupons near our hospital.
