Understand the big picture of the project and have a valuable understanding of the module under consideration.
Break the modules into smaller functionalities / logical blocks.
Produce a high-level design covering the flow, including UI flow, Webservices, any dependencies, and special instructions.
Work allotment to team members
Code integration at the module/project level
Project setup in TFS/SVN/Sourcesafe
Responsible for project deliverables on schedule
Scale up junior resources to take up recent roles
Update and maintain checklist (Deployments/Coding standards) of key steps
Minimum 4hrs of training to be completed per week
Daily reporting to the Client/Management
