Job Summary:
A Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing client bills for construction projects. They ensure accurate measurement of work completed, prepare invoices, coordinate with clients and consultants, and maintain billing records in accordance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare client bills based on work completed and contract terms.
Measure quantities from drawings and site progress.
Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
Verify subcontractor bills and certify payments.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for bill approvals.
Maintain billing records, work orders, and payment tracking reports.
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and variation claims.




Ensure compliance with contractual and project specifications.
Assist in reconciliation of quantities and project costs.
Follow up with clients for bill certification and payment collection.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software.
Understanding of construction contracts and tender documents.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Ability to prepare RA bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
