Role: Java Senior Backend Engineer

Location : Bengaluru

Job Summary: We are seeking Senior Backend Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to design, develop, and maintain robust distributed backend applications.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of relevant skilled experience
B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience writing Java APIs
Strong proficiency in Distributed systems, Low-latency services, NoSQL and relational databases
Experience in systems design and architecture
Experience building transactional systems
Solid written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, Spring Experience with AWS
Experience in Python is a plus




Experience in Financial Services or Fintech is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure distributed backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our microservices ecosystem, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and non-production settings.
